Brachiosaurus Bone

This fragment of a brachiosaurus bone reminds us of the giant creatures that once roamed the Earth.

The brachiosaurus roamed the Earth during the Jurassic period and were mainly located in the Morrison Formation in Utah. This fragment comes from this same location and is displayed in a glass topped Riker box that measures approximately 4.5” x 3.5”.

Each specimen varies widely by size and shape with each being roughly .5” (2cm) in size. Each specimen has been stabilized but needs to be handled with care since it tends to crumble easily.
